$8,200,000 Obtained on Behalf of Housing Non-profit*
$8,200,000 obtained on behalf of a non-profit that provides housing for the low income, elderly and disabled whose buildings contained numerous construction defects and toxic mold.
Settlement was achieved for a nonprofit organization, providing affordable housing for low-income and disabled seniors. At a considerable cost to the organization over 120 senior citizens were forced to move due to the mold infestation caused by the improper installation of the HVAC systems, brick, and windows and other construction defects. Hayes Law saw that damages were collected for the cost of building repairs and the consequential damages that were a result of the defendants’ actions. *
